Weโre confident youโll love your Hawk & Bull jacket, but if somethingโs not right, weโre here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Eligibility
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, giving you ample time to try your jacket and make a decision.
- Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags, documentation, and packaging intact.
- Custom-sized jackets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, as they are tailored uniquely for each customer.
Size Selection & Measurement Clause
After your order is placed, we request specific body measurements via email to ensure the perfect fit.
- If you fail to provide the requested measurements within 24 hours, and do not inform us of any valid reason (e.g., gifting, travel, or requesting more time), your order will be processed in the selected standard size.
- In such cases, size-related refunds will not be accepted, as we offered an opportunity to correct your size for your made-to-order jacket.
Inspection & Refund Timeline
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 48 hours.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2โ10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Process for Jackets
- Fill out this Form to initiate a return request.
- Our team will share the appropriate return shipping address based on your location. Do not initiate the dispatch until our customer service tells you to do so (which usually takes 1 working day after the form is filled).
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Carefully re-pack the jacket to avoid damage during return transit.
- Share a live tracking number with us once the item is dispatched.

Refund Policy for Suits

At Hawk & Bull, we strive to provide equitable solutions in every scenario โ whether through a full refund, a free replacement, or tailoring assistance โ while maintaining full transparency about what is and isnโt covered due to the made-to-order nature of our business model.
Every suit we make โ whether in a standard size or based on custom measurements โ is tailored from scratch using your selected fabric only after you place your order. We do not stock ready-made inventory.
This made-to-order approach allows us to focus on quality craftsmanship and personalization, while also ensuring our return and support policies are fair, clearly communicated, and built around long-term customer trust.
โ Full Refund Will Be Offered in the Following Scenario
๐ฆ Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours
You are eligible for a full refund if you request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not started. Once fabric cutting or tailoring begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
๐ฆ Suit Arrived Damaged
You are eligible for a full refund if your suit arrives damaged and meets all of the following conditions:
- The damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Tags and packaging are still intact and not removed.
- The item has not been worn or altered.
- The damage is clearly visible and must have occurred during shipping or due to a production flaw present at delivery, not caused by customer handling.
Examples of eligible damage:
- Torn or ripped fabric upon unboxing
- Stains or discoloration present upon arrival
- Open seams found at first inspection
๐ Important:
- Damage claims made after 48 hours, or if tags are removed, or the item is worn or used, will not qualify.
- Once your refund is approved, you must ensure delivery of the returned item to our return address within 10 working days of approval.
- If the return is not received within this timeframe, the refund claim will be void.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received.

We provide a free replacement in the following cases:
๐ Major Measurement Errors made by Hawk & Bull
If any part of your suit (e.g., jacket, pants, or vest) deviates from your submitted measurements by more than 1.5 inches in any key area and cannot be corrected through local tailoring, that specific item will be eligible for free replacement.
๐ Major measurement errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
To qualify:
- You must submit clear photographic evidence showing the measurement deviation.
- Only the affected item will be replaced โ not the entire suit.
- Hawk & Bull will reimburse your return shipping cost.
- Once approved, the original item must be delivered to our return address within 10 working days.
- If not received in time, the replacement claim will be void.
- Stitching of the replacement item begins only after the returned item is received.
๐งฅ Major Design Differences
We define design differences as structural mismatches between what you received and what was clearly displayed in the mannequin images of the product on our website.
Our mannequin images serve as the primary reference point for design verification, showcasing:
- Lapel style
- Button configuration
- Pocket design
- Jacket silhouette
โ ๏ธ Lifestyle images are pose-dependent and lighting-sensitive โ they are not valid references for determining design mismatches.
๐ Major design differences must be reported within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement.
In such cases:
- We will replace only the affected item.
- The incorrect item must be delivered to our return address within 10 working days of approval.
- If not received in time, the replacement claim will be void.
- Stitching of the replacement item begins only after the return is received

For minor fit issues, we offer financial support so you can adjust your suit locally through a trusted tailor.

How to Claim:
- Submit a receipt or invoice from a professional tailor within 30 days of delivery.
- You must also provide photographic evidence showing the specific area of the suit that was altered.
- Once reviewed and approved, the reimbursement will be issued to your original payment method.
๐ Important: Tailoring Assistance does not apply if the sizing issue is the result of incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.
๐ฆ Return Shipping Fee Reimbursement
We will reimburse your return shipping cost in the following cases:
- If the suit arrives damaged and a refund or replacement is approved
- If there is a verified major measurement error (1.5โ+) caused by us
- If a major design difference is confirmed to be our production error
How to Claim:
- Provide the courier name, live tracking number, and a photo or scan of the shipping receipt
- ๐ Important: Hawk & Bull does not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for arranging the return and will be reimbursed only if approved under the terms above.
๐ซ When Refunds or Exchanges Are Not Available
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

- Once production begins (i.e., after 24 hours of order placement), cancellations are no longer possible.
โ Incorrect Measurements Submitted by the Customer
- We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from customer-provided measurement errors.
- These orders do not qualify for refund, replacement, or tailoring assistance.
โ Minor Sizing Deviations
- Suits with less than 1.5 inches deviation in any one area are considered within production tolerance.
- These can be corrected locally using our Tailoring Assistance program.
โ Perceived Color & Fabric Shade Variations
- Colors may appear slightly different in person due to:
- Indoor vs. outdoor lighting
- Screen brightness or device display settings
- Natural variations in fabric dye batches
- These perceived differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Fabric Swatch Option Available
We offer a fabric swatch purchase service for customers who want to confirm exact color, texture, or weight before placing a suit order.
Customers are encouraged to use this option if theyโre cautious about color accuracy.
โ Minor Design Variations
- Minor differences (e.g., one-button instead of two-button jacket) that do not significantly impact the structure or appearance are not eligible for replacement.
- These may qualify for Tailoring Assistance if correction is needed.
